In this case, you have to enable your supplemental language support. To do this, follow the instructions below:-

Go to Control Panel clicking on Start.
On the left-hand panel of the entire window, click on Switch to Classic View(If the window has not already displayed in Classic View).
Double click on Regional and Language Options.
Click on Language Tab from the Menu Bar.
In Supplemental language support box, make sure both boxes (Install East Asian….) are marked.
Click on Apply button and Ok(will start installing scripts and codes)
The computer will automatically restart or restart the computer to allow the system to set default settings for recently changes/amendments.
Now, you should be able to see result in Nepali Text.

If you still can not see Nepali Text then you are suggested to use Word pad. In Easy Nepali v1.1, there are some characters which are personalized and Windows XP Professional pack comes with all the possible encoding scripts and codes but Microsoft Office 2003 pack has the same way to treat for any other languages which are not really recognizable so that it can not encode some scripts.

Of course, you can write and send a mail in Nepali by using Easy Nepali v1.1. Write your mail in Easy Nepali and copy and paste Nepali text into your mail box. Now, you must make sure that the HTML script enable box is marked.

There are two most common errors which errors can be occurred while the user clicks on program to start but the program can not be executed causing run time error or mispath file.

Why I get Program file path could not be found error message when I try to start the program?

Easy Nepali 1.01v is freeware, not for commercial use. It is not digitally signed yet so that the windows security will warn the user(s) of the local computer that the product or software is going to download is not digitally signed. the windows security will suggest the user(s) to stop downloading which will prevent the system from any risks or viruses could enter via that product or software. If you still proceed to download and install the product or software then the product package can not pass the Windows security then the program will be currepted on the installing process.

So what do I have to do before download and install Easy Nepali 1.01v ?

Before downloading Easy Nepali 1.01v installation package, you have to make sure that your security settings are changed as follows:

Click on Tools from Toolbar.
Click on Advanced menu button on the top-right menu.
Inside the settings box, scroll down to Security options.
Now, make sure that 'Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid' is marked or ticked on.
Leave 'Check for publisher's certificate revocation', 'Check for server certificate revocation(requires restart) and 'Check for signatures on downloaded programs'are unmarked. so that entire windows settings will allow Easy Nepali to download, install and run safely and easily.
Click on Apply button and Ok.

Note: Remember to restore Defaults Settings again after downloading and installing Easy Nepali, to do this go back to Internet Options again navigating by same instructions above up to Advanced and Click on 'Restore Defaults' and click on 'Apply' and 'Ok'
Now, you're done !

Digital signature warning message shouldn't be appeared if you have done exactly what the instrucations listed above but in some cases the system doesn't refresh automatically to set the settings, it needs to be re-started once any settings or changes have been made. Now, you can either re-start the Windows right after changing security settings or follow the instructions as listed below:

Download the installation package normally ignoring the digital signature warning.
Right click on the program file(inst_easynepali.exe) icon and go to Properties.
Look for Unblock button at the bottom right hand corner.
Click on Unblock button and Click on Apply Button.
Click on Ok.
Now, you can install and run the program properly.

Easy Nepali 1.01v should now work properly. But If it happens again, click on Easy Nepali icon to run the program, and click on Click me to start then the program panel will appear, at this stage, try to two or three clicks anywhere within the program panel which helps to response with the program file path.

I did it but it still doesn't work, what should I do?

The final option you have to re-start the computer so that the system will reset the programs for updates and changes have been made recently.
