Though naturally beautiful place to be in,its landscape has become an obstacle for its development.Because of the presence of hills and rough scape it lacks behind in transport.There is health problem too.The district is laging behind in many facilities.If anyone reads this article please reply me suggestions on how can i cotribute to uplift the health sector of people living in khotang.I want to do something for the people of my district.I love my district...

नेपालीहरुलाई बुद्ध दर्शन समितिद्वारा हार्दिक अनुरोध गरिएको छ। निशुल्क

We know that village people have few wants in life. They are content with what is endowed by nature around them. So, they do not like to make any progress. Consequently, the village life has gone rusty. Evils of ignorance and blind faiths have crept in. Un-education and epidemics are rampant. Now, it is our duty to find out a remedy to this state of affairs.
Villagers are mostly field-workers. They take to farming. Some of them are artisans. All of them follow the trade of their respective castes. They take to different callings of life. Some are priests, some are milkmen, some are oilmen, some are fishermen, some are washermen, some are barbers, some are drummers and so on. They are not rich and wealthy. But they have enough for their minimum requirements of life.

The people take part in fairs and festivals. The celebrations are quite plain and simple. They attend the folk dance and the open air dramas. But the aged of them do not attend the functions. They are happy with their house and harvest.
the children of dhitung are used to get their basic schooling from shree bulapanthe secondary school.
so village life is the happiest compromise between the natural and the artificial. It is a merry game between man and nature. Hence, village life is the most natural life for the human beings.

Khotang is known as holy place of estern nepal,the Halesi is the Pashupati of eastern nepal.So it is main dastination for the tourism point of view.Totally there are three airport in khotang district,Lamidanda.khotang bajar& Thamkharka.
Lamidanda is the very nearest airport to Haleshi, so lamidanda shoud be improved for the good income of Khotang.The airport ground is poor not paved,tower is completely destroyed by maoist.The weather is not varyable even in summer.Most of the pilot says it is very normal& easy to land.
